Use of this website constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Barb McSweeney LLC reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.

Description of Goods:

We strive to make sure that the description and any pictures showing the goods are as accurate as possible. However, we accept no responsibility should goods not entirely match the descriptions and images on this site, as shapes and slight size variations occur.

Availability of goods:

The purchase of goods from our / this website is subject to availability. It is not always

possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the items you would like are in stock or still available. In the case of this happening we will contact you to see if you want to wait a bit longer for us to fulfill your order of if a refund 

will be given.

Payment methods:

Barb McSweeney LLC can accept payment from all major credit and debit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. 


You can also pay for your goods directly from your own PayPal account.

Privacy:

Barb McSweeney LLC will not retain the financial details of any customers or use any personal data collected on this site for any purpose other than that specified. Information stored by Barb McSweeney LLC is kept on a secured server which we try to keep as safe as possible.

Returns:

It is our policy to photograph each item before we ship to our customers to ensure quality and to have on record that everything is complete and good to ship out. Barb McSweeney LLC only accepts returns for items which are faulty/damaged in transit. 

~ Items damaged in transit may be returned within 7 days of receipt. 

~ To initiate the return, the customer must contact Barb at 941.350.8742 or support@barbmcsweeney.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return label. Once the returned merchandise has been received, a direct replacement will be sent to the customer. If the returned item is no longer available for purchase, a credit in the amount of the original purchase will be credited towards another selection from the site. Items that have been used or worn, or broken due to misuse will not be eligible for return.   

~ If the delivery package is damaged by the carrier, you must photograph the delivered packaging before opening.

~ If the item(s) inside the package are damaged, you must photograph them and they must be received back to Barb McSweeney, LLC within 7 working days of the original delivery. We recommend that you send the parcel by recorded delivery and keep proof of postage.

~ To return a damaged item, please call 941.350.8742. You will be asked to state why you are returning the item. If you feel an item is faulty or damaged, you must first call us and then send a photograph of the item and/or damaged packaging from the carrier, before sending back to Barb McSweeney LLC. If we determine your purchase was faulty, we will refund your cost and would be so sorry for the inconvenience. Returned items must be sent with original packaging. Failure to complete the steps above may result in a non-refund.

~ Custom/special orders or orders with any requested alterations are non-refundable. 

~ We do not offer exchanges on goods purchased.

Please note that all jewelry is designed and produced by Barb McSweeney herself and will be of high quality workmanship.
